     "I would like to "Thank You All" for the work you did on my computer. I'm not very computer smart with all the savvy talk and all, but you explained everything so that I understood what you did. If I ever have any more problems, and even just for a "Now and then check-up" I will bring my computer to your folks. You were also very prompt and had the work done when you said you would.

I also want to add that I love my new Envision monitor!!! A lot better on this old lady's eyes.
