Chris Brewer
Chris Brewer is the first staff member you'll see when you come to come into Digi-Tek's Northwest Knoxville location. His subtle technical knowledge and quiet temperment will help you drop off your computer in a comfortable and efficient manner. He will also help you pick out the latest computer part or peripheral that you need for your PC. Chris loves reading 'UNIX and Linux' jokes, and seeing how things work. He is an avid gamer, but loves legacy hardware.- Show him an oscilliscope and he begins to quiver with envy. This love of all things 'techy', he gets it from his Dad, a long-time customer and fan of Digi-Tek for years--and whom we affectionately refer to as, "Mr. Legacy".
Mark Reinert
Mark Reinert is Digi-Tek's main technician, aka 'The Man with the Plan'. He juggles the twelve computer and laptop stations in the techroom, making sure your service work is addressed timely and properly. His responsibilities include running the technical backoffice hardware that keeps Digi-Tek running, repairing customer units, and providing networking service--for both home-based and business customers alike. When he's not at Digi-Tek, Mark likes to spend his time with his lovable 12 lb. cat "Skimpy" and surf the internet learning about new ways to solve common problems.

Sierra is known as the "Ink-girl". -When she is NOT filing for the office staff, or helping out the inventory staff--then she is doing her main job: Being responsible for all customer ink-jet refills--and maintains all the ink cartridges for the half-dozen printers used in-house at Digi-Tek, to serve the 'thirty-plus' computers--that are used to run Digi-Tek's business. When she is not refilling ink or helping around the office, her favorite pasttimes are listening to rock music and oldies.
