If you do not feel comfortable enough to take the cables off the computer in fear of maybe not hooking it back up correctly or just not able to come to our store and have the computer dropped off - then we are more than happy to go to your place of business or home. When you schedule an on-site with a technician, you can rest assured you will have a qualified and experienced 'teacher' available at your appointment that you can explain the problem and get it fixed or troubleshot. If there are any other questions you have, just ask away and you can shown how to prevent, decipher, or get rid of your problem.      For all on-sites, there is a retainer fee paid upfront which consists of the driving time and standardly about an hour of labor. If we spend less than an hour of labor, we will refund you for the time not spent. Our rates are consistent with our other labor rates: $30 per half hour for desktop/laptop work and $40 for internal laptop work when the appointment is made generally 3-6 days in advance.

Not a problem! We offer On-Site Priority service just for these little moments in life when getting your computer fixed is vital. If your machine breaks down and you need it fixed professionally and quickly at your place of business or home, Digi-Tek is the place to call. For $60 per half hour for desktops, and $80 for laptops (if anything related to hardware [inside the laptop itself] needs to be worked on), our Priority Service is called, pushing you in front of the list of people and computers that are in the shop. Depending on how busy Digi-Tek's Service Center is, it can usually be said that the technician can come out to fix the computer or laptop within the same day or next day.
