We are also the Lowest-Priced, and FASTEST-GROWING, retail and Full-Service computer store in town. These associates are members of our hand-grown, hand-picked, and dedicated team. We have been in operation since the Fall of 2001, when we had our humble beginnings in the owner's home. We have now out-grown our almost-4,000 sq.ft facility--and are looking now to purchase this property, and seriously expand this building, that serves as our retail outlet, corporate office, service center, training facility, and warehouse.

      Digi-Tek has had three major expansions since 2001--from a home-based business, to a 1,000 sq. ft. retail store front out on North Clinton Hwy, -to a beautiful location on Gap Road off of I-640, and finally, to our present--and largest, location ever! on Clinton Hwy by Wal-Mart.

      Our Retail floor consists of all the major name brand parts and accessories, retail and OEM, new and used, including brands such as; Intel, AMD, Maxtor, Western Digital, ATI, Netgear, Belkin, Dlink, Abit, PNY, Kingston, HP, Dell, Compaq and many others. What you will NOT find is the cheap 'junk', that *other* computer stores carry and try to shove off on you as 'good equipment', like PCchips motherboards. Not only do we stock three levels of new laptops, every imaginable kind of standard computer equipment, upgrade, accessory, and assorted used items, we can also special order anything that we do not standardly carry.

      Our Service division operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the additional benefit of scheduled drop-offs, priority service (same-day), and on-site service (we can come to your home or place of business). We handle all software problems, hardware issues, system and parts upgrades, virus/adware/spyware removal and protection, system optimization, printer repair, You name it! We are extremely proud of our customer focus and our track record for repairing computers. We notify our customers each step of the way of their repair. Unlike many in the industry, we do not think it is OK to steal or ‘replace’ parts from client's machines with inferior ones, or claim repairs that were never done. We DO fix the problem(s) at the root, rather than what the vast majority of repair shops do, who instead just wipe your system causing you to lose all your data and downloaded or installed applications and force you to start over from scratch (which should only be an regarded of as a 'last resort'). We are one of the ONLY shops in the region who work on laptops. In fact, we get more referrals from major player, CompUSA, than any other source and perform all their DC power jack replacement service jobs, on the laptop's motherboard itself...
