     Digi-Tek's Service Center cares for all makes and models of desktop and laptop computers. We service computers from large manufacturers like Compaq, Dell, Gateway, HP(Hewlett Packard), Sony, Toshiba and many more. Our technicians are knowledgeable in all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems like Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, and XP. We offer services such as data-backup, upgrades such as Memory, Video Cards, etc, installing new hard drives or even replacing your old and keeping all your data still safe and intact, installing software, removing adware/spyware, and troubleshooting all sorts of problems. Does your computer blink a blue screen and then restart in a continuous loop? Are you plagued with Pop-Up Ads and does your browser keep setting your home page to something you did not want? Maybe it is time to bring in your PC for a checkup - and have the nicest, and most talented guys in Knoxville fix that problem.

     Digi-Tek has the lowest rates in town for working on your desktop, even compared to our major competitors. Here at Digi-Tek, our non-priority desktop service rate is $30 per half hour. The way Digi-Tek operates is you drop it off with one of our friendly counter staff that record on the ticket the problems you are facing. Our technicians will then perform what we call an "initial dianostic" (generally 30 minutes) and attempt to 1) familiarize ourselves with your computer and duplicate problems, 2) try to fix what problems we can, and 3) and look for possible optimization/upgrades. Then, within 24 to 48 hours of drop off (depending on how busy we are) you receieve a phone call to inform you about the status of your computer, quote of additional time if even needed, and while on the phone with one of our technicians, a game plan is written up. If you decide to pull your computer before completion of work after the initial diagnostic, the only charge added to your bill will be the work that has been completed. You 'could' take your PC to one of our competitors like CompUSA or BestBuy, but they do have their 'drawbacks'. CompUSA, for instance, charges $100 Flat Rate (whatever the time their technicians spend on it) to work on your computer - This generally means the big problems that do take a lot of time will be rejected from even being dropped off, because frankly - it just isn't worth it to them. Furthermore, they don't even perform Data Backup in that pricing range--Where, at Digi-Tek, data backup can be the 'only' thing performed. -BestBuy's Geek Squad--first off--ships out its serous repairs to Atlanta (So, say 'bye-bye'--to your PC--[And you had better have backed up your harddrive FIRST--if you didn't want to risk losing any of your valuable data...]). Secondly, BestBuy operates under a $59.00 charge for an initial diagnostic. Then after their technicans perform their diagnostic, they will give you an estimate for how much it will cost to fix it. You end up paying, much more, with them, than us... And then, for those of you with Dells or other online-supported computers, you can always deal with THEM--But be prepared to risk other parts of your computer coming back damaged, the original problem not fixed, and your data--compromised. -What you NEED--is a local company you can TRUST--Who gets the job done RIGHT, SAVES your data, and does the job, in a reasonable amount of time. -The choice is clear: Digi-Tek!

Priority Service (Same Day or Next Day Service)

     Need your machine fixed in a rush? Your business stuck without your main Point-of-Sale system? Do you have a presentation on your laptop and your computer won't boot?

Not a problem! We offer 'Priority Level' service just for these little moments in life when getting your computer fixed is vital. If your machine breaks down and you need it fixed professionally and quickly, Digi-Tek is the place to come to. For $60 per half hour for desktops, and $80 for laptops (if anything related to hardware [inside the laptop itself] needs to be worked on), our Priority Service is called, pushing you in front of the list of people and computers that are in the shop. Depending on how busy Digi-Tek's Service Center is, it can usually be said that the computer/laptop will be repaired or data backup performed same day or next day.
